Canepa' s Car Wash 4 <br /> Claim No. 019982 <br /> Section 2812 . 5 (a) ( Reimbursement Limitations) of the Fund Regulations states , in part: <br /> ( 1 ) The Board may not reimburse from the Fund more than one million dollars <br /> ($ 1 , 000 , 000) per occurrence less the claimant' s level of financial responsibility as set <br /> forth in section 2808 . 1 of this chapter. <br /> (2) Notwithstanding subdivision (a) ( 1 ) of this section , if the Board has already <br /> reimbursed a claimant the maximum amount specified in subdivision (a) ( 1 ) of this <br /> section , the Board may reimburse from the Fund up to an additional five hundred <br /> thousand ($500 , 000) per occurrence for reasonable and necessary corrective action <br /> and regulatory technical assistance costs . <br /> If you disagree with this Final Staff Decision , you may appeal to the Fund Manager <br /> pursuant to Section 2814 of the Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund <br /> Regulations. If you would like review of the decision by the Fund Manager, please submit <br /> your request along with any additional documentation to : <br /> Lisa Babcock , P . G . , C . E .
