Samples shall be taken at <br /> locations both upstream and downstream of the system . <br /> I 1 - Samples shall be analyzed for TPH and BTEX . FII] readings shall be. taken from the same sampling ports <br /> immediately following the Iaboratory samples. laboratory results shall be received by the Distract <br /> prior to commencing system operation. <br /> 12 - The influent hyydrocabon eoncentratiotl and emissions from the Omni Systems soil remediation <br /> eq,uipment(moael 17PRV) shall be measured three times a day for at bast 15 minutes for each <br /> sampling , 22 days a week for the first month and weekly thereafter. <br /> 13 - A weekly log indicating the measured Baily, weekly and cumulative influent hydrocarbon concentrations <br /> and emissions shall be maintained and made available for District inspection upon request. <br /> 14 - A weekly log indicating the operating hours of the soil decontamination system and fuel usage shall <br /> be kept on the premises and shall be made available for District inspection upon request. <br />
