No air contaminant shall be discharged into the atmosphere for a period or periods aggregatingg more than <br /> three minutes in any one hour which is dark or darker than Ringelmann i or equivalent to 20% opacity. <br /> 2. No air contaminant shall be released into the atmosphere which causes a public nuisance. <br /> 3 . The soil decontamination system shall be maintained in proper working order at all rimes. <br /> 4. All intake and exhaust leaks shall be repaired immediately_ <br /> 5 . The overall hydrocarbon capture/destruction efficiency of Omni Systems soil remediation equipment (model <br /> 17PRV) , shall not be less than 95 % at any time. <br /> 6. Total effluent hydrocarbon concentration in the exhaust from the Omni Systems soil remediation equipment <br /> (model 17PRV) , shall not exceed 141 ppm. <br /> T Only propane shall be used as the auxiliary fuel for the burning of gasoline vapors . <br /> S . Total emissions from the Omni Systems soil remediation equipment (model 17PRV) , shall not exceed the <br /> following limits during any single day: NOx = 0. 5 lbs/day; CO = 10.4 lbs/day; SOx = 0. 1 lbs/day; PIA10 = <br /> 0.2 Ibs/day and HC(Nonmethane) = 8.2 lbs/day . <br /> 9 . The annoaI emissions of any affected pollutant from all emissions units associated with decontamination <br /> project shall not exceed (2) two tons per year. <br /> 10, nsp�t anunderthe supervision of the Air laboratory samples <br /> ControIto nspectar.aSamplhes shall bCttakben at <br /> locations both upstream and downstream of the system . <br /> 11 . Samples shall be analyzed for TPII and BTEX. FID readings shall be taken from the same sampling ports <br /> immediately following the laboratory samples.
