I did a cursory review of the files in Unit IV and did not find Mr. Jeff Canepa named as a <br /> responsible party. <br /> 'Mr. Steven J . Canepa ETAL' was taken directly from Parcel Viewer and San Joaquin County Office of the <br /> Assessor.
