i <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 6230 Pacific Avenue , in the City of Stockton ( APN 081m360 - 03 ) has <br /> been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services , <br /> Environmental Health Division ( PHS / EHD ) . The plan is a proposal for <br /> mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site due <br /> to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks <br /> ( UST ) which were located on the property . <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services , Environmental Health <br /> Division , Local UST Oversight Program , has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local , State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination . <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at <br /> PHS / EHD , 445 N . San Joaquin Street , Stockton , California , during <br /> normal working hours , 8 : 00 a . m . - 5 : 00 p . m . <br /> Questions regarding the specific site concerns or procedures should <br /> be directed to Diane Hinson , Supervising R .
