By letter <br /> dated 30 July 2012 , the EHD even extended the date to submit the feasibility report and <br /> work plan from 01 August 2012 to 10 August 2012 and still the EHD has not received the <br /> requested report and work plan. <br /> In an attempt to resolve the need for additional remediation of the methyl tertiary-butyl <br /> ether (MTBE) groundwater plume and a work plan to determine the extent of the MTBE <br /> plume that originated from unauthorized releases of petroleum hydrocarbon at your site, <br /> the EHD has scheduled a meeting with you for 23 October 2012 at 10:00 a . m . at the EHD <br /> office building at 1868 East Hazelton Avenue in Stockton, California . Please notify the <br /> EHD if this date and time are not convenient for you .
