I am an attorney licensed and authorized to practice law in the State of <br /> 18 California and I have been engaged by Union Oil Company of California (Unocal), the petitioner <br /> 19 in the matter entitled "Petition for Review of Local Oversight Program Action and For Stay Order, <br /> 20 Former Unocal Service Station 2859, 1665 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, California," to assist it in the <br /> 21 matter. <br /> 22 2. I have assisted Unocal's in-house counsel in handling environmental matters <br /> Il 23 involving service stations in San Joaquin. County since approximately December 15, 1995, and I <br /> 24 have assisted Unocal with matters relating to former Unocal service station 2859, located at 1665 <br /> 25 Pacific Avenue, Stockton; California ("the Site"), since approximately July 2, 1997.
