Well permit applications have been filled out and forwarded to your'office.=Three <br /> separate checks, one for each of the three well permits requested,were attached. <br /> 2. ARCADIS Geraghty & Miller Inc. is currently in the process of applying for <br /> encroachment permits from the City of Stockton. I have contacted Mr. Jason <br /> Ender of the Public Works Department at City Hall to this end. As of today we <br /> have not yet received the permit applications but, based on my conversation with <br /> Mr. Ender,those should be arriving any day. We will complete the application for <br /> them to the City of Stockton immediately. <br /> 3. ARCADIS Geraghty & Miller has contacted and arranged for the services of a <br /> drilling subcontractor and a mobile laboratory subcontractor as indicated in the <br /> work plans previously submitted to you. Because of the sensitive nature of these <br /> projects, it is the desire of Unocal and of ARCADIS Geraghty & Miller to use a <br /> drilling contractor with proven experience and demonstiated'eapabilities for doing <br /> this .particular kind of work.
