The total NOx emission rate from the soil remediation system served by the internal combustion engine <br /> shall not exceed 0.182 lb/M Mtu. <br /> 11. The total CO emission rate from the soil remediation system served by the internal combustion engine <br /> shall not exceed 0.417 lb/MNMtu. <br /> 12. The VOC emission rate from the soil remediation system shall not exceed 44.4 pounds in any one day. <br /> 13. Either the VOC control efficiency shall not be less than 95%, or the total VOC emission rate shall not <br /> exceed 2 pounds in any one day. <br /> 14. Operation of the soil remediation system shall not exceed 1 year without prior District approval. <br />
