Box 5155 <br /> San Ramon, California 94583 <br /> Subject: Ground-Water Monitoring, Fourth Quarter 1992, at Unocal Service Station <br /> No. 2859, 1665 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, California. <br /> Mr. Boust: <br /> At Unocal's request, RESNA Industries has conducted the ground-water monitoring for the <br /> fourth quarter 1992 at the subject site (Plate 1). The work was conducted pursuant to our <br /> Site Safety Plan dated January 1, 1992. The data from the monitoring event are attached. <br /> Potentiometric data and ground-water samples were collected from the onsite and offsite <br /> monitoring wells on November 13, 1992. The field procedures used during the monitoring <br /> event are attached. At Unocal's request, equipment rinseate and purge water were removed <br /> from the site by RESNA Industries and transported to Gibson Oil & Refining Co., Inc. in k <br /> Redwood City, California. <br /> Cumulative potentiometric and analytical data are summarized in Table 1. A <br /> Potentiometric Map was constructed from the groundwater elevation data(Plate 2). Copies <br /> of the Chain of Custody Record(s) and analytical reports are attached. <br /> The next monitoring event has been scheduled for the week of February 15, 1992' We <br /> recommend a copy of this report be forwarded to Ms. Diane Hinson of the San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District, P.O.
