The sampling
which was conducted March 1, 1990, coincides with the conclusion of
the first quarter of 1990; however, the report is dated September
17 , 1990, and was not submitted to our office until September 27,
1990.
Pursuant to Section 2652 (d) of the Underground Storage Tank
Regulations (California Administrative Code, Title 23 , Subchapter
16) a quarterly monitoring report shall be submitted to Public
Health Services, Environmental Health Division and Central Valley
Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) until the
investigation and cleanup of the site is deemed adequate. The
report is to show the:
--status of investigation and cleanup activities
including the results of all investigations
completed to date;
--proposed continuing or next phase of investigation;
-method of cleanup proposed or implemented,
schedules for the completion of the investigation
of the site and remediation;
-monitoring well data including groundwater
elevation, pH, conductivity, gradient;
-analytical results of groundwater or soil sampling;
and
--a site map showing the "zero line" of
contamination, if known, and changes in the above
measurements over the last quarter.
Although Section 2652 (d) does not specify a due date for the
submittal of status reports, we would appreciate receiving status
reports within 45 days of completed field activities.
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 4"
