Detailed destruction of 21 groundwater monitoring wells, eight ozone sparge wells, three <br /> extraction wells and 14 soil vapor wells per appropriate state and local standards. <br /> 2. Monitoring wells MW-2 and MW-10, and soil vapor wells SVP-1 a/b through SVP-7a/b <br /> will be overdrilled to total depth and backfilled with neat cement. <br /> 3. The remaining monitoring wells, all ozone sparge wells and extraction wells will be <br /> destroyed by pressure grouting. <br /> 4. All waste generated from the destruction activities will be contained in 55-gallon drums <br /> pending transport to an appropriate disposal or treatment facility. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Destruction of wells by overdrilling may be done with the same diameter augers that <br /> were used to install the wells. <br /> 2. Manifests documenting receipt of all waste materials at a disposal or treatment facility <br /> must be submitted to the EHD before final site closure can be issued. <br /> 3.
