PREPARATION OF REPORT OF FINDINGS
Following each ground water monitoring event, a quarterly report will be prepared presenting the
findings. The quarterly reports will include a description of work performed and the results of the
soil/groundwater sampling and analysis. Laboratory reports for ground water analyses, testing
methods, laboratory quality assurance/quality control(QA/QC)reports, and sample chain of custody
documentation will be presented in a quarterly report. Conclusions and recommendations will also
be included in the reports, if applicable. The report will be in a format acceptable to the PHS-EHD
and the CVRWQCB guidelines, and will be reviewed and signed by a California Registered
Geologist.
3.0. FIELD PROCEDURES
All field procedures will be overseen by an AGE representative under the supervision of a California
Registered Geologist. Procedures for the well installation, well development, ground water sample
collection, equipment decontamination and sample shipment procedures are described below.
3.1. DRILLING
Soil borings will be advanced utilizing a truck-mounted, hollow-stem drill rig and 8'/a-inch diameter
hollow-stem augers. Cuttings generated during drilling activities will be placed on plastic sheeting
and covered. Rinseate will be containerized in properly labeled D.O.T. approved 55-gallon drums,
and stored on-site in an area lacking public access. Disposal alternatives will be evaluated based on
results of soil and water analysis.
3.2. WELL COMPLETION
The soil boring will be completed as a ground water monitoring well utilizing 2-inch diameter
Advanced GeoEncironmental,Inc.
