08 June 1998 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 95-0173 <br /> Page 7 of 7 <br /> of water will be removed from each well Temperature, pH, and conductivity (stabilization <br /> parameters) will be measured at regular intervals during purging <br /> 3 Collect ground water samples using polyethylene disposable bailers, samples will be <br /> collected in EPA-approved 40-mI VOA vials containing 0 5 ml 18% hydrochloric acid as a <br /> preservative and 1-liter amber bottles <br /> 4 Label and log water samples on a chain-of-custody form <br /> 5 Store the samples in a chilled container and transport under chain-of-custody procedure to <br /> a state-certified laboratory for analysis Water samples will be analyzed for TPH-g, TPH-d <br /> BTE&X and oxygenated fuel additives in accordance with EPA Methods 5030/8015m, <br /> 8020/602 and 8260, respectively <br /> 6 Store purged water in properly labeled D O T 55-gallon drums on-site in an area lacking <br /> public access <br /> 44 REPORTING <br /> A report detailing the results of the investigation will be prepared The report will be in a format <br /> acceptable to the FHS-EHD and CVRWQCB and will include recommendations for additional <br /> investigation/remediation, if appropriate The report will be reviewed and signed by a California <br /> Registered Geologist <br /> i <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
