f Sao, CHRONOLOGY Pacific Mini Mart 4511 Pacific Ave., Stockton 02/19/91 A Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge was filed this date due to a release of hydrocarbons from a leaking product line at the north dispenser island at the site. 02/20/91 Falcon Energy, a Stockton environmental services firm, repaired the leaking product line and dug a trench measuring 20' long by 2' wide. Falcon Energy retained Geological Audit Services, Inc., to assess the extent of contamination in which two soil samples were collected. The results for these samples showed concentrations of 100 and 13,000 ppm total petroleum hydrocarbon quantified as gasoline (TPH-g) and 1 ppm and 140 ppm Benzene. 02/25/19 Date of report prepared by Falcon Energy which discusses the work done on 2120191. 02/26/91 Date of unauthorized release report. 03/05/91 Date of the soil sampling report prepared by Resna Industries Water Work Corp. that describes the results of the soil samples taken on 2120191. 10119-20192 Dates that four soil borings, B-1 through B-4, were advanced to a total depth ranging between 25 and 70 feet below surface grade (bsg) to conduct additional site assessment. B-1 was converted to Vapor well VW-1. 11/09/92 Date of report titled Preliminary Assessment of Hydrocarbon Contamination that discusses the site assessment done in October 1992. 1/21-25193 Three soil borings, B-5 through B-7, were advanced to total depths of 70-78 feet, then converted to MW-1 through MW-3 during this time. 09/20/93 Date the Environmental Health Department (EHD) received First Quarter 9993 Project Status Summary that discusses the results of work conducted in January 1993. 12/21/93 Date a vapor extraction pilot test was conducted by Geological Audit Services, Inc. The test did not provide conclusive data on the radius of influence of VW-1. 12/27/93 Date of Fourth Quarter 1993 Project Report that discussed the vapor extraction pilot test conducted on 12121193. 04/08/94 Six underground storage tanks (UST's) were removed from the site on this date. A total of 19 soil samples were collected from the tank excavation and stockpiles. Results of soil samples showed concentrations as high as 3,000 milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg) TPH-g.
