It appears that there has been an unauthorized
release of hydrocarbons at the site. Conductor casing has been installed near the center of
the previous tank cluster during the installation of the new tanks to facilitate the possible
installation of remediation wells in this area. The PHS/EHD will likely require further
assessment and remediation of the unauthorized release.GeoAudit recommends preparation
of a plan to further assess the impacted soil at the site.
5.0 LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily
exercised by environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings
were mainly based on analytical results provided by an independent laboratory.
