All liquid detection sensors (located in UDCs, STP sumps and fill sumps, annulars), sensor out are provided with audible and visual from the overfill prevention alarm system 2. Certification of Financial Responsibility and Letter from Chief Financial Officer due by 10-2010. Submit a copy of CFR and Letter from CFO tovia postal, f or email by 10-2010. Nw. 3. Secondary containment testing last performedNext due by2011. Submit a 48 hour test notification of the secondary containment testing and submit its test results within 30 days of testing to SJC EHD. 4. Technician found the 89 product line leak detector (LLD) minor leaking from the turbine due to insufficient amount of thread sealant/doping material. 89 LLD was not able to be tested until the leak from the LLD on the turbine was stopped. When technician removed the VMI 99-LD2000, the LLD came out of the turbine easily with a single untwist motion. The LLD was not properly installed into the turbine snuggly. Technician added more thread sealant/doping material to the line leak detector and properly placed into the turbine. 5. Technician found it difficult to remove both 89 and 91 cast iron test plugs in the test port of the shear valve on Dispenser 13/14. Both test plugs had too much torque placed on. Both test plugs' threads had been stripped. Technician replaced both test ports with new test plugs. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($115).
