Liquid was observed in all 91 STP sump. If water could enter into the secondary containment by <br /> precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. Immediately remove this liquid, <br /> make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and manage it <br /> accordingly. Ensure that all the sumps are maintained free of liquid. The technician removed the liquid <br /> and put it in the facility's hazardous waste drum. <br /> Notes <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br /> each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, to the EHD within 30 days of <br /> receiving this report. <br /> Provided Facility and tank forms and Monitoring and response plan form to the facility. <br /> Asked facility owner, Paul Bains, why he did not submit his return to compliance for 2011 inspection. He <br /> said that he came to our office and the "lady" at the counter told him that he was in compliance. Further <br /> investigation showed that he had talk to the food inspector, Chandra, and he had all violation corrected <br /> for the food unit.
