Facilities that gen rate up to one ton of used oil filters per year may store the filters up to one year. Facilities <br /> that generate one ton or m re of used oil filters may store the filters for up to 180 days. Immediately recycle these filter: <br /> under a bill of lading and s bmit a copy of the bill of lading to the EHD. Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing of <br /> stored in a closed, rainproo container, labeled as"drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. <br /> Immediately drain the oil filt rs in the 55-gallon drum, dispose all the oil filters referenced above, and submit a copy of <br /> disposal record to EHD. En ure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy f the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective ac ions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 01/16/2015 . <br /> Consent to perform the inspec ion, take photos and collect samples was given by Gerald Garduno, Business <br /> Owner . <br /> This facility generated 6.535 tc ns of waste in the last calendar year (Jan-Dec). Facility generated 4.688 tons of <br /> waste in 2014. <br /> Please be aware as of Januar 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Enviro mental Reporting System (CERS) at http-//cers.calepa.ca.gov.
