Work shall begin within five working days of execution of <br /> the standard services agreement, unless weather'jor other <br /> conditions demand a delay. The first report shall be pre- <br /> sented to the PHS/EHD within 90 working days thereafter, <br /> and, if revisions are necessary, a revised report shall be <br /> presented to the PHS/EHO within ten working days following <br /> receipt of comments on the first report. <br /> 11 . Consultant understands that Owner reserves the right to <br /> reject any or all bids without notice or cause. ,; Owner re- <br /> tains the right to solicit and accept additional bids as <br /> necessary in its judgment. All bids are due April, 15, 1992 . <br /> 12 . Consultant understands that Owner intends to sekk reimburse- <br /> ment for the subject work from the Underground Storage Tank <br /> Cleanup Fund administered by the State Water Resources Con- <br /> trol Board, and will agree to respond to any reasonable <br /> inquiry from the agency regarding any claim submitted by <br /> Owner, <br /> 13 . consultant understands Owner will contact references and <br /> otherwise conduct an investigation to determine 'to the sat- <br /> isfaction of Owner that consultant has the technical and <br /> financial capabilities to perform the requested work and has <br /> established goodwill with other clients and regulatory agen- <br /> cies . <br /> E . Invoices and Payment <br /> Consultant shall submit detailed invoices monthly to ,owner at <br /> 3247 W. March Lane, Suite 210, Stockton CA 95219 , Attention: <br /> Don Paling. Invoices shall specify the actual costs incurred <br /> during the billing period. Invoices for consulting services <br /> shall reference the specific sub-agreement and task far which the <br /> costs were incurred. in addition, the invoices should include <br /> when the services were performed, a breakdown for direct labor, <br /> indirect costs, travel, equipment, material and suppl'Ies, and <br /> subcontract work. Invoices shall be submitted in duplicate. <br /> Owner understands that It is responsible for paying invoices from <br /> the consultant when they are due, regardless of whether or not <br /> the work is reimbursed by the SB 2004 cleanup fund. <br /> F.
