Quarterly Monitoring Report, Boettcher Western Properties, <br /> 4555 North Pershing Avenue, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr Strada ager, <br /> Enclosed is the Quarterly Monitoring Report recently completed for the <br /> Boettcher Western Properties on Pershing Avenue in Stockton This report <br /> includes data for the fourth quarter (October through December) 1995 Copies <br /> of the report will also be sent to Ms Brooke Birkie of Neumiller & Beardslee <br /> and Mr Harlin Knoll of the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services/Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD). <br /> Data collected during the fourth quarter 1995 is generally consistent with data <br /> from previous monitoring events However, relatively low concentrations of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg) were detected in the sample from <br /> downgradient monitoring well MW-5 for the second consecutive quarter <br /> Samples collected from MW-5 prior to August 30, 1995 did not contain <br /> detectable TPHg Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes (BTEC) have <br /> not been detected in any of the MW-5 samples <br /> Please feel free to contact me at 510-337-8737 if you have questions regarding <br /> the contents of this report <br /> Sincerely, <br /> CLEARWATER ROUP, INC. <br /> ea.nna S Hudson <br /> Senior Geologist <br /> Enclosure <br /> cc.
