Box 388 <br /> Stockton, California 95201-388 <br /> Re: Well Abandonment Report <br /> Former Chevron Service Station No. 9-6465 <br /> 5608 Pershing Drive <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Ms. Turkatte: <br /> Enclosed are completed DWR 188 Well Completion Forms No. 550805 through <br /> 550807 for the recently abandoned monitoring wells at the above-referenced <br /> location. Touchstone Developments, along with V&/W Drilling, properly <br /> abandoned Wells MW-4A, MW-10, and MW-11 by drilling out the 4-inch- <br /> diameter well casing using a hollow-stem-auger drilling rig to an approximate <br /> depth of 50 feet below grade. The well casing, seal, and filter pack were <br /> recovered, as best as possible, from each boring and then the empty borings <br /> were backfilled with cement grout to approximately 1 1/2 feet below grade.
