As indicated in the <br /> report, the significantly increased contaminant level in monitoring well MW-2 is still present. <br /> Dames and Moore have completed the proposed Work Plan for Remedial Investigation and it was <br /> submitted for review in September. As of this date we are still awaiting comment. <br /> j Chevron is highly concerned about the contamination below this site because of its sudden significant <br /> increase and the calculations performed by Dames and Moore which suggest that the contamination <br /> may be migrating at an unusually high rate.
