The well head reconstructions
took place on June 21 and 22, 1990.
TECHNICAL ,APPROACH
A Dames & Moore engineer was present during the well
head reconstruction to record observations and to document
the reconstruction (plates 2, 3, and 4) .
Prior to reconstruction, each well casing was checked
for any obstructions and evidence of foreign mall-'erial.
