Louise Ave.Lathrop, CA 95330 <br /> Fuel was detected at the 87 product union/sheer valve and the 87 product union of the under dispenser <br /> containment for dispenser I/2 and S/6. Any release from the primary containment that does not <br /> escape the secondary containment and was cleaned up within eight hours of being detected shall be <br /> recorded with the following information: <br /> I. Operator's name and phone number:Sarah Samuels of BP/ARCO(360)526-3917. <br /> 2. List of types,quantities,and concentrations of hazardous substances released:a couple ounces. <br /> 3. Description of actions taken to control and clean the release. During the inspection,the technician <br /> used an absorbent pad to clean up the released fuel and tightened the unions. <br /> 4. Method and location of disposal of the released substances: During the inspection,the technician <br /> used an absorbent pad to clean up the released fuel and tightened the unions.The absorbent pad can <br /> still be reused. <br /> 5. Description of actions taken to repair and prevent future releases:During the inspection,the <br /> technician used an absorbent pad to clean up the released fuel and tightened the unions.After the <br /> unions were tightened,the technicians and inspectors of SJCEHD waited approximately 30 minutes to <br /> verify that tightening the unions succeeded in stopping fuel from weeping out and restored required <br /> tightness of primary containment. <br /> 6.
