Recommendation: <br /> In May 2008, the Fund made the following recommendation: The San Joaquin <br /> County LOP directed the Responsible Party to install four additional monitoring <br /> wells and for the Responsible Party to conduct a groundwater extraction pilot <br /> test. The Fund concurs with these actions but recommends that the <br /> appropriateness of conducting a soil vapor extraction pilot test be evaluated.
