On 18 January 2011, AGE stated that they would <br /> initiate all of the below requirements for Mr. Moore. <br /> Therefore, you shall do the following: <br /> 1) Conduct one groundwater monitoring event for MW-1 as soon as sufficient groundwater is <br /> present to allow sampling. The consultant will check MW-1 weekly for sufficient water until <br /> sampling occurs. <br /> 2) Submit a soil vapor intrusion evaluation. <br /> The soil vapor investigation workplan is due 28 February 2011 and the soil vapor intrusion <br /> evaluation report is due 30 April 2011. You are to submit all workplans and reports as paper <br /> copies to this office and electronically into the State Water Resources Control Board's <br /> GeoTracker database under AB 2662 requirements, until directed otherwise by Regional Water <br /> Board staff. The next monitoring report for MW-1 is also due 30 April 2011 and may be <br /> combined into one document with the soil vapor evaluation report.
