Eight Mile Rd <br /> Stockton, CA 95210 <br /> Emergency Proced res / Contingency Plan <br /> Emergency Coordinator Jason Desalvatore (209) 625-7112 <br /> *Notify Emergency coordinator immediately in the case of any emergency to ensure correct plan of <br /> action. Emergency coordinator is on call at all times. <br /> In case of: <br /> 1. Fire: Call fire department and/or attempt to put out fire with fire extinguisher <br /> 2. Spill: Contain the flow of hazardous waste with absorbent. When possible clean up <br /> waste and contaminated absorbent. Put waste into appropriate waste containers. <br /> 3. Explosion: If release could affect outside of facility notify National Response Center 800- <br /> 424-8802 <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Always act in a manner to minimize risk of fire, spill, explosion, or other accident. <br /> 2. Always keep po able phone on your person to contact management or authorities in case of <br /> emergency. <br /> 3. Portable fire extinguishers are located in: <br /> a. Downstairs office <br /> b. Upstairs hall way <br /> c. Center of shop <br /> 4. Spill Absorbent i� in drums on north wall within shop <br /> S. Waste absorbent is kept in sealed drums on left <br /> 6. Water supply will be maintained and kept in working order at all times. <br /> 7. Communicationsland alarms will be maintained to reach authorities in case of emergency. <br /> 8. Portable phone must be nearby when handling hazardous waste, in case of emergency. <br /> 9. If alone,employees must have portable phone on person at all times to reach emergency <br /> responders. <br /> 10. Adequate aisle space must be left in building and parking areas to keep from obstructing <br /> movement in cas�of spills or emergencies. <br /> 11. Local authorities will be made aware of any hazardous wastes stored on the facility, any physical <br /> hazards on the f4ility, and any information helpful in case of emergency response. <br />
