WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS ORDER NO. 5-00-021 -g- <br /> RJM ENTERPRISES,BROWNS LAKE RANCH,AND <br /> RIVERCREST VINEYARDS,INC. <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> D. Groundwater Limitations: <br /> 1. The discharge, in combination with other sources, shall not cause underlying groundwater to <br /> contain waste constituents in concentrations statistically greater than background water <br /> quality, except for coliform. For coliform, increases shall not cause the most probable <br /> number of total coliform organisms to exceed 2.2/100 ml over any 7-day period. <br /> E. Provisions: <br /> 1. Compliance with Discharge Specification B.4 shall be implemented within two years of the <br /> date of this Order. In the meantime, the Discharger shall use best management practices to <br /> reduce the amount of salts entering the wastewater, and to maintain compliance with all other <br /> Prohibitions and Specifications contained within this Order. <br /> 2. By 1 March 2000, the Discharger shall submit information showing that the tile drain water <br /> is no longer discharged to the pond. <br /> 3. By 1 July 2000, the Discharger shall submit a winery expansion feasibility study which has <br /> been prepared by a Registered Engineer. The study shall show the proposed phases of winery <br /> expansion and the associated facility improvements needed to meet the requirements of this <br /> Order, including all Discharge Specifications and Groundwater Limitations. <br /> 4. To assure compliance with the Groundwater Limitations of this Order, the Discharger shall <br /> submit the following documents according to the listed time schedule: <br /> Task Compliance Date <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Workplan 28 April 2000 <br /> Monitoring Well Installation <br /> and Sampling Report 90 days from Workplan Approval <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Summary 15 August 2001 <br /> Report <br /> Plans and specifications for installation of groundwater monitoring wells shall be submitted <br /> in the Groundwater Monitoring Workplan for Board staff review and approval. <br /> Implementation will proceed after the Executive Officer has approved the workplan. The <br /> Monitoring Well Installation and Sampling Report shall be consistent with, and include the <br /> items listed in, Attachment C, "Items to be Included in a Monitoring Well Installation <br /> Workplan and a Monitoring Well Installation Report of Results. " <br />
