An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within the County road right-of--way . (Note : <br /> Driveway encroachment permits are for flatwork only) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application . The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application .
