Sunrise Trucking Revised Engineered Septic Design Our Project Number: NA157003G August 1, 2016 Plan Review and Inspection Page 2 of 2 The results of this investigation are not a guarantee that the San Joaquin County EHD will approve the proposed septic system design and layout on the property. Three copies of this letter should be submitted with a report review fee to the San Joaquin Environmental Health Department. Please be aware that the owner is responsible for these fees. Our office should be retained to perform two inspections of the septic system during construction. We will need to coordinate the inspections with the contractor prior to construction. Our office must inspect the system at the time of the following: 1. Septic design layout inspection 2. Backfill and grading inspection If we are not retained, our office cannot be held responsible for problems arising during or after construction that could have been avoided had these services been performed. The fees for these services are in addition to that associated with this report. The contractor, however, is required to pull permits, request inspections, and follow the Rules and Regulations of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department for septic systems: San Joaquin County Environmental Health Programs 1868 E.
