CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-2000046 <br /> PAUL M SANGUINETTIIMICHAEL FARLEY SURVEYOR <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No . PA-2000046 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on May 15 , 2020 , which is the effective date of approval . This approval will expire on <br /> November 15 , 2021 , which is eighteen ( 18 ) months from the effective date of approval , unless a Notice <br /> of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed , if required by the <br /> Land Surveyors ' Act . <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment . <br /> 1 . APPROVAL : This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment application among four ( 4 ) parcels as shown <br /> on the site plan dated March 10 , 2020 . <br /> b . NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT : A " Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner . Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department . The legal descriptions shall be prepared , stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer , qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors ' Act , or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor .
