I. <br />` ETS ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> T.D. ,PAGE 4 <br /> Based on field observation and laboratory analyses, ETS <br /> xhas made the following conclusions: ' <br /> 1) Contaminationof leaked hydrocarbon constituents into <br /> the soil strata beneath the' former UST site is <br /> restricted to' a hardpan layer. The leak is not <br /> anticipated to impact groundwater beneath the site, <br /> which is 60 to 70 feet below the surface horizon. <br /> 2) Excavation has continued to- the extent space at the <br /> site would allow.
