The revised permit <br /> does not reflect several concerns regarding technical conditions which were transmitted to <br /> the Reclamation District in our October 23, 1992 letter. These concerns are addressed in <br /> Attachment B. Per Condition 10 of the revised permit, Mr. Tom Rosten, Reclamation <br /> District Engineer, is authorized to amend the permit. .Mr. Rosten has twice been informed 'I <br /> of our technical concerns via our October 23, 1992 letter and <br /> facsimile of Attachments A <br /> and B on February 18, 1993.
