These <br /> documents are Site Assessment Workplan, Tower Park Marina , dated 3 December <br /> 1991 , and Project Status and Resubmittal of Site Assessment Workplan, Tower <br /> Park Marina , dated 12 May 1992. Our comments are summarized below. <br /> 1. We are missing the December 1987 Kleinfelder report and the 23 October <br /> 1991 letter from you which are referenced in the May 1992 document. <br /> Please provide us with a copy of these documents. <br /> 2. Leaking pipes should be replaced to eliminate the continued discharge of <br /> petroleum product into the environment. <br /> 3. Free product recovery, if feasible, should be implemented immediately to <br /> minimize the spread of contamination and eliminate the source of <br /> discharge to soil or ground water. <br /> By 11 August 1992, please submit a revised work plan which addresses each <br /> comment presented in the memorandum.
