(AGE) by March 1, 2002. A portion of the <br /> work plan including the installation of one ground water extraction well and one observation <br /> monitoring well has been completed. The 8-hour step c taw down pump test and one 12- <br /> hour constant rate pump test as proposed in the work plan has not been conducted to date. <br /> You are directed to implement the pump test by November 20,2003 and submit a report of <br /> findings by December 20, 2003. Failure to comply with San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Department (EHD) directive may jeopardize your reimbursement status with <br /> the State Water Resources Control Board Clean Up Fund. <br /> In a telephone conversation on October 21, 2003,AGE informed EHD that they are no <br /> longer serving as your environmental consultant. You must obtain the services of an <br /> environmental consultant who will implement the pump test and produce the report of <br /> findings by the dates shown above. Please contact EHD if you need a list of environmental <br /> consultants who work in the San Joaquin County area.
