(AGE) . Eight ground water monitoring wells were <br /> installed in November 1999 at the site, and three sampling <br /> events have been performed and reported to date . <br /> • The highest concentration of Methyl Tert-Butyl Ether <br /> (MTBE) detected using EPA. Method 8260 continued to be <br /> from Monitor Well ##7 (MW-7) at 30, 000 parts per billion <br /> (ppb) , dropping from 31, 000 ppb in January 2000 and <br /> 99, 000 ppb in December 1999 . Benzene in MW-7 was <br /> reported at 880 ppb, dropping from 1 , 400 ppb in January . <br /> i 2000 and 4 , 700 ppb in December 1999 . <br /> • Analytical results of the MW-2 groundwater sample were <br /> 9, 200 ppb of MTBE, rising from 8 , 200 ppb in January 2000 <br /> and 2 , 500 ppb in December 1999 . Benzene was reported at <br /> 980 ppb, rising from 660 ppb in January 2000 and 400 ppb <br /> in December 1999 . <br /> • Analytical results of MW-1, MW-3 , and MW-6 were non . <br /> detect at appropriate detection limits for Total <br /> Petroleum Hydrocarbon as gasoline (TPH-g) , and Benzene, <br /> Toluene, Ethyl-benzene, and Xylenes (BTEX collectively) , <br /> except MW-6 with 4 . 7 ppb of MTBE. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br /> I I <br /> a <br />
