Box 388
Stockton, CA 95201-0388
Ref : 1488 Tillie Lewis Drive, Stockton, CA
Dear Ms . Turkatte;
We have enclosed a report covering the work done on the above
site on April 20, 1995 associated with a small spill of hydraulic
fluid. The work was done by Jim Thorpe Oil, Inc . under the super-
vision of Charles Fry. RG, from our office. We apologize for not
submitting it sooner, but we did not get final laboratory results
until June 1, and vacations and a heavy workload delayed it even
more.
• An analysis of all of the data reveals that the small amount of
fluid that was spilled was removed during the excavation - that
spoil has been transported to Forward Inc . for disposition. We
do not believe that any additional work is required at this site,
and request that the site be closed.
Feel free to contact our office if you wish to discuss the
contents of the report .
Sin
W unter & Associates
c andy Neto
i
