J .. <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-93-65 <br /> Donald Lucchesi <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to the <br /> recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. Notices of Nonrenewal of the Williamson Act Contract shall be filed on Parcels 2 and 3. <br /> Recorded copies of the Notices with all required signatures shall be submitted to the <br /> Development Services Division. <br /> C. The farm labor mobile home on Parcel 1 shall continue to meet the requirements of <br /> Section 9-893.3 of the Development Title or shall be removed from the property. <br /> d. Future construction on the parcels shall be consistent with the requirements of the Flood <br /> Hazards Chapter (Section 9-1605) of the Development Title's Safety Regulation Division. <br /> e. Access to State Route 12 for the parcels shall be according to the requirements of <br /> Caltrans. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> NOTE: On January 7, 1994, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department Approved LA- <br /> 93-65 subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br />
