13 June 2003 <br /> iAGE-NC Project No 97-0249 <br /> IPage 5 of 8 <br /> 3 14 Hydrologic Unit 4 <br />' Ground water elevation data collected in ( <br /> 4 Unit Hydrologic 90 to 110 feet bsg)was inferred to have <br /> an eastward ground water flow direction at the Three B's Truck Plaza (Figure 7) A ground water <br /> gradient was estimated at approximately 0 001 fl/ft or less at the Three B's Truck Plaza site <br /> 3 1 5 Hydrologic Unit 6 <br /> Ground water elevation data collected In Hydrologic Unit 6 (135 to 150 feet bsg) was inferred to <br /> have an east to southeastward ground water flow direction at the Three B's Truck Plaza and Rocky's <br /> Restaurant sites (Figure 7) A ground water gradient was estimated at approximately 0 001 ft/ft or <br />' less at the Three B's Truck Plaza site <br />' 3 2 LABORATORY RESULTS OF MONITORING WELL GROUND WATER SAMPLES <br /> A total of forty ground water samples were submitted to McCampbell Analytical Inc , a DHS- <br /> certified laboratory, for analysis <br /> TPH-g was detected in water samples collected from wells MW-1, MW-2, MW-3, MW-5, MW-6, <br />' MW-7B,MW-8(A-E)and MW-10A at concentrations as high as 38,000 micrograms per liter(µg/1) <br /> In the sample collected from MW-3 The estimated extent of dissolved TPH-g in Hydrologic Unit 1 <br /> is depicted In Figure 8 <br />' TPH-d was detected in water samples collected from wells MW-1 MW-2 MW-3,MW-6,MW-7B, <br /> p , <br />' MW-8 (A-F), MW-10 (A and C) and MW-11 (A-D) at concentrations as high as 6,200,ug/11n the <br /> sample collected from MW-8A The estimated extent of dissolved TPH-d In Hydrologic Unit 1 is <br /> depicted in Figure 9 <br />' Various BTEX constituents were detected In water samples collected from wells MW-1, MW-2, <br /> MW-3, MW-5, MW-6, MW-7 (A-E), MW-8 (A-F), MW-9B and MW-10 (A-D) at concentrations <br />' as high as 6,900 pg/l The greatest benzene-impact was detected in the ground water sample <br /> collected from well MW-3 at a concentration of 6,900 ug/l <br />' MTBE was detected by EPA Method 8260 in ground water samples collected from wells MW-1, <br /> MW-2, MW-4, MW-6, MW-8 (A-C), MW-9A, MW-10 (A-C), MW-11 (A-C) and MW-12B at <br /> concentrations as high as 77,ug/1(MW-4) TBA was detected in the ground water sample collected <br />' from well MW-lat a concentration of 25 yg/1,1,2-DCA was detected In ground water samples <br /> • collected from wells MW-l OA and MW-11 A at concentrations of 6 2µg/l and 2 2,respectively The <br /> IAdvanced Geo Environmental,Inc <br />
