INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this quarterly report for 14749 Thornton <br /> Road (the site), Lodi, California The site setting is illustrated on Figure 1 Site structures and <br /> monitoring well locations are depicted on Figure 2 <br />' The objective ofthe work was to monitor dissolved petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations in ground <br /> water and to characterize ground water flow direction and gradient on the site This report has been <br /> prepared in accordance with guidelines issued by the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board - Central Valley Region (CRWQCB) for investigation of underground storage tank (UST) <br /> sites Ground water monitoring data acquired to date is included in the tables of this report <br /> Previous soil characteristics data obtained by a CPT investigation enabled AGE to define six <br /> informal hydrogeologic units(CPT Site Investigation-Fourth Quarter 2001,dated 15 March 2002) <br /> The informal hydrogeologic units were defined as Hydrologic Unit 1 (10-35 feet bsg), Hydrologic <br /> Unit 2 (35-60 feet bsg), Hydrologic Unit 3 (60-90 feet bsg), Hydrologic Unit 4 (90-110 feet bsg), <br /> Hydrologic Unit 5 (110 to 130 feet) and Hydrologic Unit 6 (130 to at least 150 feet bsg) <br /> • The following is a brief summary of third quarter 2005 ground water monitoring activities performed <br /> at the site <br /> • 26 September 2005 - Depth to water measurements were collected at wells MW-1 through <br /> MW-15, <br /> • 26 September 2005 - Ground water monitoring was performed at wells, MW-11 (A-F), <br /> MW-13 (A-F), MW-14 (A-F) and MW-15 (A-F), <br />' • 27 September 2005- Ground water monitoring was performed at wells MW-2, MW-3, <br /> MW-6, MW-7 (A-E), MW-8 (A-F) and MW-9 (A-E) <br />' • 27 September 2005- Ground water monitoring performed at domestic water well DW-1 <br /> • Due to a scheduling delay with the adjacent Flag City Chevron Station site,Three B's wells <br />' MW-1, MW-4, MW-5, MW-10 and MW-12 were not sampled this quarter <br />' 2.0. MONITORING AND SAMPLING PROCEDURES <br /> On 26 & 27 September 2005, ground water monitoring was performed at the site ground water <br />' monitoring wells listed above and the domestic water well DW-1, monitoring well construction <br /> details are summarized in Table 1 Ground water monitoring procedures were outlined in the Work <br />' Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
