SA-92-33 <br /> OF CARL NAVARRA (C/O SCHACR & COMPANY, INC) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This Site Approval Pre-Application proposes to permit a pallet <br /> repair facility to operate in an existing steel building at a truck <br /> stop. The pallet repair facility is presently operating and under <br /> enforcement. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed Pre-Application No. <br /> SA-92-33 . The site plan that was submitted should be revised if <br /> the applicant chooses to submit a full application. Additional <br /> information needed on the site plan is as follows: driveway <br /> locations, parking stalls, and storm drainage facilities. <br /> Additional information regarding number of employees and customers <br /> of the truck stop, restaurant, and store should be included in the <br /> application in order to enable staff to determine parking <br /> requirements. <br /> Below are three conditions that are proposed by the Development <br /> Services Division. <br /> a. The repair of the pallets shall be conducted inside of ,t <br /> building. <br /> b. All outside storage areas shall be screened so as not to be <br /> visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of.-w�iy , <br /> C.
