Located on the SW. corner <br /> of Eleventh St. and Chrisman Rd. , E. of Tracy. <br /> APPLICANT: Carl Navarra APN : 250-150-16, 17 , & 18 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Chrisman Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> Eleventh Street has an existing right-of-way width of 130+ feet, <br /> and a planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Dedication to result in a 42 foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Chrisman Road to the property line shall be <br /> required across the frontage of APN 250-150-18 . <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-2143) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $887 . 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Manufacturing" or <br /> 230. 67 per daily trip-end generated in the Tracy area.
