Any outdoor lighting shall be designed to confine direct <br /> rays to the premises, with no spillover beyond the <br /> project site. <br /> g. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on <br /> the Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on <br /> three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth <br /> side. <br /> h. The existing mobilehome on the west side of the swimming <br /> pool shall be removed. <br /> i. The proposed modular classroom shown on the site plan is <br /> approved as part of this Site Approval Permit. Moving <br /> and installation permits will be require from the <br /> appropriate County agencies. <br /> j . An Improvement Plan showing grading, drainage, driveway <br /> access details, on-site parking, and existing and <br /> proposed utility services shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval. A $125 . 00 Plan <br /> Check fee will be required at the time of submittal. <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required at the <br /> time of development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $2 , 000 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Office" in the Lockeford area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) (Resolution R-90-304) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. The proposed modular classroom, deck and ramp will need <br /> to be relocated as that area contains the existing sewage <br /> disposal system. <br /> b. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. The existing well must be tested for general <br /> mineral, general physical, fluoride, nitrates and <br /> organics at time of permitting. <br />
