Machado APN: 207-320-15 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Escalon-Bellota Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet, <br /> and a planned right-of-way width of 110 feet. <br /> Lone Tree Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $1, 373 . 00 <br /> per multi family dwelling unit in the Escalon area. If there <br /> is no building permit required, the fee will be exempt.
