SA- 89-21 , Amended Conditions of <br /> Approval . <br /> Planning Division condition No . 3 . a, has been amended to read as <br /> follows : <br /> a. All parking , drives , and maneuvering areas shall be <br /> paved . Areas which are not already paved shall be <br /> surfaced with a minimum 2 1 / 2 inches of asphaltic <br /> concrete paving over 6 inches of rock base , or as <br /> specified by the Department of Public Works . Areas <br /> which are already paved shall meet minimum County <br /> standards for surfacing prior to MARCH 13 , 1991 . <br /> The original condition read : <br /> a. All parking , drives , and maneuvering areas shall be <br /> surfaced with a minimum 2 1/ 2 inches of asphaltic <br /> concrete paving over 6 inches of rock base , or as <br /> specified by the Department of Public Works . Parking <br /> areas shall be properly striped to effect orderly use <br /> and circulation , in conformance with the Improvement <br /> Plan . <br /> Attached are the Amended Conditions of Approval . <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval must be <br /> met prior to SEPTEMBER 13 , 1990. As soon as all conditions of <br /> approval have been satisfied and the use has been established , <br /> the permit shall remain in effect until MARCH 13 , 1991 . <br />
