Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) . <br /> 2 . Destroy the abandoned well (s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance <br /> No. 1862, Section 5-4207) . <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required <br /> for this development. The fee is due and payable at $342 . 84 per <br /> additional dwelling unit. If there is no building permit required, <br /> the fee will be exempt. The fee shall be automatically increased on <br /> January 1 of each year at the rate of 6. 9 percent. An additional <br /> 3 . 5 percent shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing <br /> and administering the program. (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 5 . The sanitary sewer connection fees of $1, 871. 00 to the City of <br /> Stockton and $2 , 455. 20 to the County for the proposed dwelling shall <br /> be paid prior to issuance of the building permit.
