The second unit dwelling shall conform with <br /> all the requirements of the Local Health District and the <br /> County that are applicable to residential units in the zone <br /> in which the property is located; <br /> ( i ) Requirements for Mobilehomes. If the second unit dwelling <br /> is a mobilehome , the following additional requirements shall <br /> apply : <br /> ( 1 ) Additions. No permanent room additions shall be <br /> allowed , but patio covers constructed of the same <br /> materials as the mobilehome shall be permitted ; <br /> (2 ) Skirting . Skirting constructed of the same materials <br /> as the mobilehome shall be installed ; <br /> ( 3) Time Limit. The Second Unit Dwelling Permit shall be <br /> effective for not more than three (3 ) years . <br /> Applications for renewal shall follow the same <br /> procedures, be subject to the same requirements, and <br /> pay the same fees as a new application for a Second <br /> Unit Dwelling Permit; <br /> (4) Construction Standards. The mobilehome shall be <br /> constructed to meet the minimum standards of the <br /> National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety <br /> Act of 1974 . <br /> BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION <br /> 1 . Obtain a mobilehome installation permit. <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 1 . The well must be repaired under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division as follows: Raise <br /> well casing and sanitary seal to not less than twelve <br /> inches above ground level and construct a concrete <br /> surface seal around well casing . <br /> PLANNING <br /> NOTE: An additional address will be assigned for your second <br /> unit dwelling . Your additional address is 5187 E. FIG <br /> AVENUE. <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> NOTE: The permit will expire on JANUARY 4, 1994. Renewal <br /> will require a new application with a new fee . <br />
