STANDARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> SD-93-97 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 1. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) . <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. The driveway approach and any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in <br /> length from any public roadway shall be improved in accordance <br /> withthe requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10 . 207 , San <br /> Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-1b, F-lc, and R-17 and the Linden- <br /> Peters Fire District prior to issuance ofthe occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 2) <br /> 2 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road <br /> right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $1, 551 . 00 per single family dwelling unit in <br /> the Lockeford area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-92-1025) . <br /> NOTE: The permit will expire on October 13 , 1996 . Renewal will <br /> require a new application with a new fee. The new address for <br /> the second unit dwelling is 20647 North Elliott Road, Lockeford <br /> CA 95237 . <br />
