The purpose of this <br /> Addendum to Work Plan is to modify the Work Plan submitted March 23 , 1998 for <br /> dispenser replacement, to include sampling and over-excavation procedures associated <br /> with replacement of the product lines. <br /> SITE BACKGROUND <br /> The site is located at 8606 Thornton Road in Stockton, California. The site is an <br /> operating Circle K service station and mini-mart that retails gasoline fuel. The site <br /> currently contains three gasoline USTs and associated product lines and dispensers. <br /> PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Product lines and dispensers at the site are scheduled to be upgraded by a Tosco <br /> approved contractor during May 1998. Soil compliance samples will be collected from <br /> below each dispenser per the Tri Regional Board Staff Recommendations for Preliminary <br /> Evaluation and Investigation of Underground Tank Sites. Field and laboratory <br /> procedures are included as Attachment A. <br /> Our objectives in performing the scope of work are: <br /> 1 .
